Monitoring Rate Schedule

Basic Monitoring:

Signal Forwarding. In the case of alarm, call center receives alert and will notify customer on call list and call authorities if needed.

1 year pre-paid is $324 ($27/month)

3 years pre-paid is $864 ($24/month)

Enhanced Monitoring:

Includes signal forwarding and Alarm.com features*. The features include remote arming/disarming via Alarm.com. Includes user code management via the app. Sensor activity monitoring for up to 50 sensors. 

1 year pre-paid is $540 ($45/month)

3 years pre-paid is $1440 ($40/month)

* alarm panel does not include alarm.com. A cell service module is required to enable this service for a one-time fee of $250 including installation. As cell technology changes, this module may need to be updated in the future.
